Mono mode lock:

Step 2: Reset the headphones. Press the headphones 3 times (twice at intervals of maximum 1 second, and the 3rd time hold down for a minimum of 5 seconds) until the headphones will turn off (the LED lights will no longer work)

Step 3: The headphones are reinserted into the case. Stereo mode is now active. To use them in stereo mode a new pairing with the device is required.
